Security - Enabling user management
Enabling
You have the option to secure the site behind a secure login system. Doing so will allow you to restrict access only to visitors with a username and password. All downloads will also be uniquely encoded so that they can be traced back to the user that downloaded them.
You need to be in Standard or Advanced Edit Mode to access the security settings.
