Your Own Domain - Ask DPG support to configure a domain

We know that configuring your domain can be a confusing and technical process. Every domain registrar has their own individual interface, so it can prove difficult for us to provide up-to-date instructions for all of them. However, if you're having problems or don't feel confident in configuring your domain yourself, we can do it on your behalf.

In order to change the record for your domain our support staff will require access to your domain's control panel.

For your security we have a strict protocol that you must follow when giving us your domain details. Your login details are crucial to the security of your domain and you should treat them as such.

Creating a temporary password

  1. Log in to the control panel of your domain. For example, if your domain is with GoDaddy visit https://www.godaddy.com and log in.

  2. In the control panel change the login password to something temporary that you don't use with any other website or service.

You can use this link to help generate a strong password.

  4. Once we receive this data, we will unencrypt it and use the login details to set up your domain.

  5. When the domain is configured, we'll contact you at the email address you provided.

  6. Once you have confirmed that your new domain settings are active, change your domain login password back to something only you know.

Everything you submit through this form will be encrypted with a key which is stored separately from the encrypted data. This information will be purged automatically 14 days after submission.
